Yes. Moissanite Gemstone Store specializes in Moissanite, lab-grown diamonds and lab-grown gemstones, including ruby, sapphire, emerald, alexandrite and other colored gemstones.

Lab-grown gemstones have essentially the same chemical, physical and optical properties as their natural counterparts, but they are created in controlled laboratory environments rather than mined from the earth.
Moissanite and certain synthetic gemstone materials have their own compositions and properties, which are clearly identified in our product descriptions.
Certification varies by product.
Many of our lab-grown diamonds are available with independent grading reports such as IGI certificates, while selected lab-grown gemstones may include reports from AGL or other laboratories.
If a certificate is included, the laboratory and report information will be stated on the product page.
For individually listed gemstones, you will normally receive the exact stone shown unless the product page states otherwise.
For products offered by size, color or specification rather than as an individually photographed stone, the gemstone supplied will match the selected specifications as closely as possible.

Yes. We offer custom gemstone cutting for selected Moissanite, lab-grown diamonds and lab-grown gemstones.
You can request specific shapes, dimensions, colors or cutting styles. Production time depends on the material and requirements, with many custom-cut loose stones completed in approximately 5 business days.
Depending on the product or custom project, we work with:

White, yellow and rose gold options may be available depending on the design.
Our gemstones and jewelry are inspected throughout production and again before shipment.

Yes. You may send us a reference photo, sketch or inspiration image.
Our team can create a custom design based on the style you like while adjusting the gemstone, metal, proportions, setting and other details to suit your requirements.

For applicable custom projects, we provide a 3D CAD design for your review before production begins.
You can review the proportions and design details and request reasonable adjustments. Production begins only after the final design is approved.
Most custom jewelry requires approximately 10–20 business days after the final design is approved.
Made-to-order jewelry typically requires approximately 10–15 business days.
Production time may vary depending on design complexity, gemstone availability and material requirements. Shipping time is additional.

Yes. We offer tracked worldwide shipping from Wuzhou, Guangxi, China.
Available shipping methods and costs are shown during checkout.
For orders under US$99, Standard Shipping is US$10 and Expedited Shipping is US$36.
For orders from US$99 to US$198.99, Standard Shipping is free and Expedited Shipping is US$36.
For orders of US$199 or more, both Standard and Expedited Shipping are free.

Returns, Warranty & Aftercare
We offer a 30-day return window on eligible loose gemstones and ready-to-ship jewelry.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and require prior authorization from our team.

The following products are final sale unless they arrive defective, damaged or incorrect:
Made-to-order jewelry, fully custom jewelry, custom-cut gemstones, resized or engraved jewelry, personalized items and other special-order products made to customer specifications.

After reviewing the case, we will work with you on an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, exchange or refund.
Eligible jewelry includes a 1-year limited workmanship warranty covering qualifying manufacturing or craftsmanship defects.
Normal wear, accidental damage, gemstone loss or damage, improper care and unauthorized third-party repairs are not covered.

Yes.
We provide complimentary minor aftercare during the first year for eligible jewelry and lifetime aftercare support for maintenance and repair.
After the complimentary service period, labor, material and shipping charges may apply depending on the work required.
Many rings can be resized, but availability depends on the design, metal, gemstone setting and amount of adjustment required.
Certain eternity bands and highly detailed designs may not be suitable for resizing.
When resizing is available as part of an order, it may add approximately 3 business days to processing time.
Payment & Orders
We accept PayPal and major credit or debit cards for online payments.
Bank wire transfer and selected alternative payment methods may also be available for eligible orders upon request.
Yes.
Online card payments are processed securely by PayPal, and Moissanite Gemstone Store does not store your credit or debit card information.

In-stock orders may be canceled before they enter processing or are shipped.
Made-to-order, custom-cut and fully custom orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once CAD approval, gemstone cutting or jewelry production has started, the order may become non-cancellable and non-refundable.
