Custom Jewelry FAQs

Most custom jewelry orders take approximately 10–20 business days to produce after the final CAD design is approved. Production time may vary depending on the design complexity, metal, gemstone availability, and customization requirements. Shipping time is additional.

Yes. You can choose from our selection of loose moissanite, lab-grown diamonds, rubies, sapphires, emeralds, and other lab-grown gemstones, and we can design your jewelry around the stone you select.

Yes. You can send us a reference photo, sketch, or inspiration image. Our team can create a custom design based on the style you like while adjusting the gemstone, metal, proportions, setting, and other details to suit your preferences.

Yes. We will provide a 3D CAD design for your review before production begins. You can review the proportions and design details and request reasonable adjustments. Production will begin only after you approve the final CAD design.
