Standard Shipping: Meest/EMS/USPS/DPD/PostNL/Hermes etc, it takes about 10-30 business days delivery.

주문 처리

대부분의 루즈 스톤과 925 스털링 실버 주얼리는 1~3 영업일 내에 빠른 배송을 위해 재고가 있습니다. 맞춤 커팅 루즈 스톤/품절 제품 및 개인화된 주얼리 조각은 주문에 따라 수작업으로 제작되며 완전히 처음부터 제작됩니다. 제작 및 배송에는 1~2주가 소요됩니다. (맞춤 커팅 루즈 스톤 1주일, 맞춤 주얼리 약 2주일)

All orders shipped out from China mainland, please waites 5-30 business working days to get your package. It depends on Shipping methods.

정규 영업일(월요일~금요일, 오전 9시~오후 17시, 중국 표준시) 마감 시간 이전에 주문을 하면 해당 날짜에 주문 처리가 시작됩니다. 공휴일, 토요일, 일요일 또는 정규 영업일 마감 이후에 주문한 경우 다음 영업일에 주문 처리가 시작됩니다.

We require a signature upon delivery of all shipments, and we do not ship to hotels or Post Office boxes. The risk of loss and title to the items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier, pursuant to our shipping contract with our carriers. Moissanite Gemstone Store is not responsible for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, email or computer malfunctions or any other causes beyond our control.

If you will not be home to sign for your order, Moissanite Gemstone Store can ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient destination. As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, when you order merchandise priced $1000 or more to be delivered to a destination other than your billing address, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address.

관세, 관세 및 세금

Moissanite Gemstone Store products prices are EXW Prices. That means you may need to pay the customs fees and tax. Please check with your local postmaster regarding arrival customs fees & tax.

If the package is abandoned, destroyed or auctioned by the local customs due to the buyer’s refusal to pay the customs duties/taxes OR the buyer’s failure to pay the customs duties/taxes, resulting in the inability to complete the delivery, the buyer shall be responsible for all the consequences. Moissanite Gemstone Store does not provide return/exchange/refund services in such cases.

Moissanite Gemstone Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
