All orders at WeJEWELER online store can enjoy free OR low cost shipping to anywhere in the world.

To orders value under US$99, we offer low cost (US$8) Standard Shipping (Tracking Available) and low cost (US$36) Expedited Shipping (Tracking Available).
To orders value between US$99 and US$198, we offer FREE Standard Shipping and low cost (US$36) Expedited Shipping.
To orders value above US$199, we offer FREE Expedited Shipping.

Standard Shipping: Meest/EMS/USPS/DPD/PostNL/Hermes etc, it takes about 10-30 business days.
Expedited Shipping: FedEx/UPS/DHL, it takes about 3-7 business days.

We select the most secure shipping option to your individual location which may vary for each country. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order.

The shipping cost will be automatically calculated. You will see the shipping cost and choose appropriate shipping method during the check-out process.

Order processing

Most of the loose stones and 925 sterling silver jewelry we have them available in stock for fast delivery in 1~3 business days. Custom cutting loose stones/out of stock products and personalized jewelry pieces are handmade to order and produced entirely from scratch. Please allow 1-2 weeks for production and delivery. (Custom cutting loose stone 1 week, custom jewelry about 2 weeks)

All orders shipped out from China mainland, please waites 5 – 30 business working days to get your package. It depends on Shipping methods.

If you place your order before the cutoff time on a regular business day (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 17:00 PM, China Standard Time), your order will begin processing that day. If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after the cutoff on a regular business day, your order will begin processing in the following business day.

We require a signature upon delivery of all shipments, and we do not ship to hotels or Post Office boxes. The risk of loss and title to the items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier, pursuant to our shipping contract with our carriers. WeJEWELER is not responsible for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, email or computer malfunctions or any other causes beyond our control.

Shipping to an alternate address

If you will not be home to sign for your order, WeJEWELER can ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient destination. As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, when you order merchandise priced $1000 or more to be delivered to a destination other than your billing address, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address.

I’ve entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it.

We should not be responsible if you entered an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address. Our system automatically process orders and just follows what you supplied.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

WeJEWELER online store products prices are EXW Prices. That means you may need to pay the customs fees and tax. Please check with your local postmaster regarding arrival customs fees & tax.

If the package is abandoned, destroyed or auctioned by the local customs due to the buyer’s refusal to pay the customs duties/taxes OR the buyer’s failure to pay the customs duties/taxes, resulting in the inability to complete the delivery, the buyer shall be responsible for all the consequences. WeJEWELER does not provide return/exchange/refund services in such cases.

Shipment confirmation | Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your order status at https://www.17track.net/.

Damages

WeJEWELER is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
