Returns OR Exchanges

Each single piece of loose stone and jewelry is carefully check and exam by our in house experienced craftsmen before it is shipped out to you. And we are happy to extend to you a 30-day refund or return policy. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept the refund or exchange. We take pride that our loose stone and jewelry is produced with exceptional standards!

Returns & Refund will not be accepted after the 30 days no hassle return window.

How Returns & Exchanges Work

Contact us before sending an item back. A return authorization number (RAN) is required. We will not accept any return without an RAN.
Item(s) must be returned in original, unworn condition and include the original certificate of authenticity and warranty card.
Item(s) must be sent back to us with in one week after of notifying us of your return.
Item(s) must ship with insurance and signature confirmation. It will be the buyer’s full responsibility if the return is lost or damaged during the transit. Customer are responsible for return shipping costs.
Loose Stone & Sterling Silver Jewery Orders: Can be returned and refund within 30 days of receipt (shipping costs & Paypal payment fee not included).
Custom Made Orders: Final sale; non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Once your items are received and inspected by our team, an email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow approximately 7-10 business days for the refund process to be completed. This wait time will start on the first business day after your return has been received.

Please understand that we issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved – that means that the money leaves our account immediately. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We have seen some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been put back on the card. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Restocking Fee

All orders will be charge a 20% restocking fee for return.


Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and Paypal payment fee.
