Custom cutting loose stones/out of stock products and personalized jewelry pieces are handmade to order and produced entirely from scratch. Please allow 1-2 weeks for production and delivery. WeJEWELER online store products prices are EXW Prices. That means you may need to pay the customs fees and tax. Please check with your local postmaster regarding arrival customs fees & tax.
If the package is abandoned, destroyed or auctioned by the local customs due to the buyer’s refusal to pay the customs duties/taxes OR the buyer’s failure to pay the customs duties/taxes, resulting in the inability to complete the delivery, the buyer shall be responsible for all the consequences. WeJEWELER does not provide return/exchange/refund services in such cases.
Shipment confirmation | Order tracking
